Terms of Service

1. Overview and Acceptance

By accessing or using SiamPR-DP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue platform use immediately. We connect global digital product creators with international buyers.

2. Digital Product Licenses

When purchasing digital assets (including source code, UI kits, 3D graphics, or templates), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license as specified on the product page (Commercial, Personal, or Extended). You may not redistribute, sub-license, or resell the raw downloadable package.

3. Payments, Wallets, and Escrow

All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways. Creators receive payouts subject to the platform marketplace fee and applicable clearing windows recorded in the immutable double-entry ledger.

4. Anti-Fraud & Account Integrity

Accounts involved in fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, malware distribution, or intellectual property infringement will be immediately suspended or permanently banned by platform administrators.
